After reading SmittenKitchen's glowing recommendation (I seriously want some of that cake she made), I had to check out Sky High: Irresistible Triple Layer Cakes by Alisa Huntsman. I'd love to go through the book and make every single cake, but I can't imagine the havoc that would wreak on my waistline (and my wallet), so I'll just have to patiently wait for appropriate occasions.

I made the chocolate peanut butter cake last weekend and it's awesome! I think the frosting and glaze are a little two sweet, but that aside it's amazing!
